In addition to giving notice of their intention to appeal the decision of the Buckinghamshire County Strategic Sites Committee to refuse the Mega-Prison, the MoJ have now submitted a separate application to increase the capacity of a current prison by 120 prisoners in two new, two storey building blocks, extending the car park and associated ancillary works.
